▸Note: Given the lack of information given on Blue, based off of the games and some images I have found this profile is completely fan based and how I choose to portray Blue.
Personality:
Blue is a young aspiring trainer who wishes to out best her rivals Red, and Green. Though she comes off as sweet and loving towards her pokémon, she is portrayed as quite the tsundere, headstrong, stubborn, and she isn't quick to forgive those who wronged her.
But after digging a litter deeper one would find that she can be quite sensitive despite her guarded behavior. And cares deeply for those who are closest to her, and if done wrong by those precious to her, it can hold a huge impact.
Background:
Her start was rough. Blue got mixed up with dealings of Team Rocket, falling into the idea of ' A Better World '. It was thanks to the defeat by Green or Red, and the revelation of Team Rocket's true plan that released Blue from Team Rocket.
She Later becomes an actual trainer where she dreams of becoming the new champion of Kanto in hopes of making a new name for herself and a new affiliation. Given this Role it is only natural she considers Red and Green to be her rivals. But is unable to succeed in out besting them due to the connections of her past, believing she is not worthy to hold the title of Champion despite how differently she attempts to think otherwise.

Despite his rash behavior, he has grown quite attached to Blue, and can be deadly protective over her. Such as when there is a male present he often escapes his pokéball to assess the situation.

He is often calm and relaxed even when facing an opponent. He willingly listens to Blue's orders and is normally gentle towards her. Truly a knight in the form of a Pokémon.

Nature: Jolly
Met: Chance Encounter
Kind and ever loving towards Blue. Although she can be timid in battle, Lapras makes for a great companion for swimming in rough seas, and is often a great judge in character.

Stubborn, and reluctant. Nidoking often ignores Blue when being told what to do. If he believes there is a better move to use he will often go with that rather than her direct orders. Though, he has been prone to listening to Blue after a few close calls.
Often picks on Lapras due to her gentleness towards Blue.

Truly a gentle giant that enjoys quiet. She is prone to giving wet kisses to Blue, and is often the one breaking up quarrels among Blue's Pokémon.
Charizard often shuns her, and doesn't enjoy it when Blue praises her.

Enjoys a good fight, and more importantly, showing off in front of Blue or other members of the Team. He is unnaturally tough and brutish in battle, but outside of it he can be rather lazy and enjoys lounging in the sun.

Flygon is often calm but can be quick to anger when it comes to his safety. He normally does not enjoy fighting and is mostly just at Blue's leisure. Though when asked to, mostly through begging, he will participate in a battle.

A giant softy that is easily bashful towards Blue's praises. He occasionally enjoys scratches beneath his chin and lounging about in nearby lakes and streams.

Met: as a Dragonair
Dragonite is both nurturing towards Blue and most of her Pokémon, but she doesn't allow bad behavior to happen and often scolds Charizard and Nidoking. She also gets along great with Lapras.
